Good things of life will come to an end whereas divine blessings of the hereafter are permanent.

A wise man should try to gain and possess what is excellent and everlasting and should not run after temporary gains and things which would prove worthless and harmful.

Les bonnes choses de la vie ont une fin tandis que les benedictions divines de l'Au-dela sont permanentes. 

L'homme sage doit chercher a obtenir ce qui est excellent et éternel et ne pas courir après des gains temporaires et des choses qui s’avéreront vains et nuisibles.
